About Us

We are an ethical Vegan Food Company

icon

We are passionate about what we eat and provide, sharing our love of guilt free food and helping to create a better planet.    We are based in Leyland, Lancashire.

Locally fresh produce

Wherever possible, we use local ingredients and they will always be fresh and tasty.

Supporting ethical companies

Wherever we can, we look to use local and ethical companies. Supporting people who are looking to make the world a better place, as we are.

Environmental credentials

We are very environmentally aware and, as a vegan company, we are already having a positive effect on the environment by not supporting the meat, dairy and fish industry. We mostly use compostable containers, our other containers are recyclable. We use as much of our produce as we can, what we can't is home composted.

Chicken Production

90% of the UK's chickens are housed in windowless sheds housing 20-50k chickens each

Healthier Lifestyle

A 2019 study of more than 12,000 people found those who ate mostly plant-based foods were 32% less likely to die from heart disease

Starving Children

82% of the worlds starving children live in countries where food is fed to animals who are then eaten by Western countries

The future

Veganism is on the rise, with 2% of the UK currently Vegan and will be doubled by the end of 2020

Little Vegan Love

LittleVegan is more than a food business its a vocation that was created and nurtured by its previous owner. It was passed on to its current custodations Julie and Martin in June 2020 to take it forward. Continuing to provide great Vegan guilt free food is what we do.
It is well documented that the agriculture industry needs to be cut by 50% by 2050 to avoid dangerous climate change and keep the Paris Agreement on track. If left unchecked, 52% of global greenhouse gas emissions will be from agriculture and 70% of that meat and dairy farming. Veganism can help save the planet.
We care about the future of our world for all generations. We want to help people realise that you don't need to slaughter an animal to enjoy a tasty wholesome meal. We want to do our bit to help the planet, be healthier and kinder to all people and animals, and provide great, cruelty free food for people to share and enjoy.
